Helena - Well done! Love this "agent of change" - What kinds of experiences reorganize us toward the life we want.

And as I might put it, what kinds of experience reorganize our mind and body that allow us a shot at that life we want, at leat for a short time.

The contrast between change and rearrangement feels important here. Nothing is erased or replaced outright. Parts shift position, soften, or step back once they are no longer needed at the front. Seeing the self as terrain rather than a project allows history to exist without dictating the present. Those small interruptions you describe feel believable as catalysts because they work with the nervous system instead of against it. It suggests beginning again does not require becoming someone new, only making enough space for what is already alive to move forward.
